IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: While we strive to provide reliable notification and reminder services, we cannot guarantee the delivery, timing, or accuracy of any notifications, reminders, or alerts. Email delivery, system availability, and notification timing may be affected by factors beyond our control.

You acknowledge that our reminder service is provided on a "best effort" basis and should not be your sole method of tracking important dates and deadlines.

6. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR £100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of billing periods.
